This will definitely leave a giant void in the game dev community.

It's crazy to think what all changed in 8 years. What you know now vs what you wish you knew then. His channel being there to help each of us get our own start and to help teach and guide us will not be forgotten.

When things like this happen it's why having community is awesome, to rally around a problem, help and share with each other as well as celebrating in our successes.

Here's wishing Brackey's the best of luck in the future!

Sounds like they've built up quite the community/following over the years! Glad to hear that the community will live on and I hope they have fun with whatever they move on to next.

Its sad :( Brackeys videos are what taught me unity so its sad to see him go. Hopefully he finds something cool to do though, and he alsi said he might come back so hopefully he does :)
